Really remote offers a range of service delivery mechanisms based on the requirements of our clients. The services vary depending on the type of client which break down into roughly three categories - End User Services, Product Oriented Services and Services to Prime Contractors.

End User Services
All companies are now dependent to a greater or lesser degree on computers for day to day administration, correspondence, electronic mail and other services - a necessity of business.  

Really Remote can help the small to medium enterprise keep on top of their "fleet" of computers without having to take on the role of "IT Manager". We can help by being at the end of a phone and, where appropriate, can dial in and diagnose operational or technical problems so that you can get up and running in minimum time.

If necessary we will come to your premises and perform regular maintenance such as repairs or installation of new software.  Our services are offered on both an ad hoc or on a subscription basis depending on your requirements.

Product Oriented Services
Many of our clients rely on us to close sales of their IT Products, perform installations, collect and remit the receipts in the currency of their choosing. For these enterprises we provide continuity to their end users and remain a first line of technical support.

In addition we can provide additional services in the areas of marketing, mailing campaigns, debt collection, regulatory certification and second level technical support

Services to Prime Contractors
In some cases Really Remote has been asked to provide its services while maintaining the perception that the services are being provided by a prime contractor. In special cases where trust has developed over time we have represented companies on their behalf and in their name.
